I’m Lyn, the heart behind Wonderland Photography. I’ve spent over a decade capturing stories through the lens, and over 20 years working with children and families in education, mentoring, and support roles. My background in early childhood education, combined with my intuitive, calm energy, has led many clients to call me the “kid whisperer” - and I wear that title with pride.

Photography for me isn’t about stiff poses or perfection. It’s about connection. Whether I’m working with a wiggly toddler, an anxious teen, or a woman who hasn’t felt confident in front of the camera in years, my job is to help you feel at ease so we can capture the moments that really matter.

My right-hand man is my husband Michael, who often joins me as a second shooter for weddings and large events. He brings a calming energy, a sharp eye for detail, and a great sense of humour that helps put everyone at ease. Together, we make a pretty great team - quietly working in sync to capture all the angles, all the feelings, and all the moments.

We’re not a big studio with multiple photographers - we’re a small, heart-centered team who care deeply about every story we tell. Every client becomes part of our world, and we take that responsibility seriously.
