JANUARY 2024 WIN A SESSION & FRAMED PRINT WITH A FEATURED PHOTOGRAPHER COMPETITION

How To Enter

  • Visit findaphotographer.pro or any Featured photographer’s Find A Photographer Pro listing page.
  • Browse the list of eligible Featured Photographers and decide on your favourite
  • Fill in the online entry form on their listing page
  • Entries open 9am January 22nd and end midnight January 31st.

Eligibility Criteria In order to enter the competition you must:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Use a valid email address
  • This competition is open to all entrants, worldwide.

Conditions of Entry

  • By entering this competition, you agree for your email address and other contact information provided to be shared with your favourite Featured photographer after the event. They may contact you with consolation prizes or discounts of their choosing.
  • You also agree to be contacted via email, post or phone by Find A Photographer regarding the competition.

Prizes and Judging

  • One person will win one main prize. 
  • Find A Photographer will pay for a session fee and/or photography collection of your choice by your favourite (eligible) photographer to a maximum value of $500. You will also receive a 20 x 30 inch framed print plus shipping from Find A Photographer Pro.
  • In our January 22nd to 31st 2024 competition, eligible photographers are Featured members of our platform only.
  • Your selection must be an existing photography collection on offer by the photographer, not a bespoke or personalised offer. The collection must be visible on the photographer’s website or in their pricing guide which you can request via email.
  • Additional products added to the collection or items including travel time will not be covered by this prize.
  • The maximum payment from Find A Photographer must not exceed $500
  • If your order with your photographer is over $500, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If your order with your photographer is under $500, the remaining funds are forfeited.
  • Your order must be made with your photographer by January 31st 2025. The prize is valid for 1 year and cannot be extended beyond that date.
  • The 20 x 30 inch framed print is provided by Find A Photographer Pro. Frame size, moulding, matting and colours can be negotiated with our team. Shipping worldwide is included in this prize.

Prize Conditions 

  • By entering and accepting a prize, you agree to participate in marketing activities in relation to the prize which may include your images being displayed on our website or social media accounts.
  • We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for marketing and publicity purposes in any media without compensation.
  • A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

Photographers

  • All Featured Members of Find A Photographer Pro are automatically included in this promotion.
  • An entry form will appear temporarily on the listing page of each photographer during the active competition period.
  • Photographers will receive ongoing promotion of their businesses during the promotion period via emails and on social media.
  • Photographers will be contacted with information about the entries relating to their business in the week following the end of the competition via email.

General

  • We reserve the right at any time to request entrants to provide proof of valid entry and to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any improper conduct or conduct that may jeopardise the competition.
  • We will not be held liable for any entries not received for any reason during the promotion period.
  • We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen or damaged in any way after it leaves our possession.
  • We are not responsible for any variation in the value of a prize.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including indirect and consequential loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition. You will indemnify us and our officers, employees or agents against any loss or liability from any claim or action that arises as a result of a breach of these terms by you, or your use of the materials or information supplied by you under these terms.
  • We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning.
