Terms and conditions of advertising
Thank you for advertising your business with Find A Photographer Pro.
These terms and conditions apply to free and paid advertising on Find A Photographer Pro.

Advertising Subscriptions
>The minimum advertising period for paid listings is 12 months
>After the minimum period we will continue to renew your annual advertising package until cancelled.
>We will notify you by email when your listing has been successfully renewed – please keep your contact details up to date in your account
>Refunds (pro-rata or in full) will not be made at any point during the 12 month advertising period, even in the event of cancellation.
>Upgrades to a package of higher value can take place at any time during the 12 month period. You will not be partially refunded for the previous subscription period you had already committed to but the new upgrade will supersede that subscription from that date onwards.
>Downgrades to packages of a lower value can also take place at any time but no refunds will be made during the active 12 month subscription.
Content
We may from time to time gather content from your business website that consumers may find relevant and display it in your listing. It is your responsibility to make sure your content is accurate and up to date.
We may share content from your social media accounts in order to promote you on our @findaphotographerpro and @findaphotographer.pro accounts.
We retain the right to reject or remove any content that contravenes any laws, is infringing the rights of any third parties or is inappropriate or defamatory.
By posting photos to our platform, you agree to us then using said images in our digital marketing including social media posts, blogs, print advertising and charity collage Yes Art projects.
Ratings and reviews
We offer consumers the opportunity to rate and review businesses on the Find A Photographer Pro directory. This is to assist consumers and can be a great promotion for your business. We will include user-generated reviews in your listing. We will manage and monitor reviews and we may remove inappropriate reviews at solely at our discretion.
Changes to directory and product prices
As the nature of the directory requires, we will update and develop our webpage and directory, update our product pricing and inclusions and make other appropriate changes. We will update you of any changes that may affect your listing. Changes in pricing will not take effect during your minimum advertising period, but may affect renewal prices.
Termination of Product
We may immediately terminate or cancel your paid product or directory listing if
-you are unable to pay your directory listing fee debt
-your business is closed, liquidated or declared bankrupt
-your business is no longer offering services relevant to this directory
Our limitation of liability
We will use due care and skill in providing the Product, but make no promise or guarantee that the Product will be free from errors or omissions.
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or demand incurred or made by any person arising out of the provision of or the failure to provide the Product.
