My name is Laura – Owner, Photographer, and Editor of Perfection Photography Queensland. International Award-Winning Photographer specialising in Newborn, Maternity, Child and Family Portraiture.
Our studio is based in Ormeau, Northern Gold Coast. Airconditioned, and fully equipped with everything for your session. We offer a large selection of props for your new bundle of joy, Ladies Maternity Wardrobe, alongside comfy couches, poolside views and a playroom for the kids ~ entertainment in-between photos!

Despite having an upset, clingy toddler this year and one keen toddler, she doesn’t rush you but uses her wits to suggest alternative poses that works and turns out amazing. A few years ago, I booked Laura from Perfection Photography for some photos of my shy 3 year old. I was worried how it would go, but I didn’t need to be. Laura got my little one relaxed and giggling before I knew it. I ended up with a relaxed child and wonderful photos that were a result of that. I booked another photo shoot with both children earlier this year. It was a cold and windy day, but Laura got both kids to relax and have some fun at the session. Again I got amazing photos of them both this time. I can’t recommend Laura enough. I’ll be booking again in the future.

The photos are fantastic every.single.time. Laura is so good with the girls and has a way to get them smiling and looking at the camera perfectly. I love how the Christmas themes are different every year and they are always so fun for the kids. Absolutely highly recommend for any occasion!

Most recently I got her to do my daughters 1st birthday cake smash but have also used her for newborn and family photos. Her home studio great and fully equipped. Her turn around times to get you the photos is very reasonable and prices are great for a family budget. After trying other photographers I find her worth the drive every time. I can’t Wait to also get our family Christmas photos with her in the coming months

We are a local AFL Club and we were introduced to Laura through a Mum as I was co ordinating the team photos – We met Laura at the grounds and immediately felt that she was part of our Club – her interaction with the boys and girls when getting them into formation for the shots was amazing and her laid back and friendly personality was a hit with the team managers and coaches .
