The Highlights Awards presented by Find A Photographer Pro are a photography industry program that awards the most popular photographs on display on the findaphotographer.pro website. This is a people’s choice voting competition. Winners are decided by the public vote available online from April 10th – April 23rd 2024
As with any competition, complying with the terms and conditions of these awards forms part of the entry criteria. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria. Failure to comply may result in your disqualification.
How to Vote
The Find A Photographer Highlights Awards are calculated according to the public vote available online at findaphotographer.pro
ONE vote will be accepted per valid email address. Subsequent multiple votes from the same email address will be deleted.
Votes from VALID email addresses only will be accepted.
Every valid vote by members of the public goes in the draw to win a voter’s print prize.
Photographers – How to Enter
Entry is free for all FEATURED or PREMIUM Find A Photographer Pro members. Basic listings are not included in this competition.
New members who join the platform after the Monday April 1st cut off date unfortunately cannot be included in this year’s competition (unless through consultation with the Find A Photographer team).
As per communications from our team, photographers who are eligible are all automatically entered. Entrants will be given the opportunity to submit a particular image by April 1st 2024. If no image has been received by midnight on this day, the Find A Photographer team will select an image on your behalf from your existing image gallery. If no appropriate images are available, no images will be entered.
Entrants are provided with opportunities to check their entry prior to the awards start date. Information will be sent via email.
Entrants are permitted to encourage people to vote for their entry but cannot provide incentives in exchange for a vote.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to enter the Find A Photographer Highlights Awards, your business must
*Have the primary business focus of providing photography services to clients
*Retain copyright approval of the image uploaded to your gallery and included in the competition.
Find a Photographer staff members and their families are not eligible to enter.
Image Criteria
– The image must be the photographer’s own work, however composite images and digital elements are permitted.
– The entry must be 1 main image. Collages of multiple images are not permitted.
– The image file must be named with the photographer’s business name.
– .jpg or .png formats are required.
– High resolution files are encouraged.
– Images will be resized by the Find A Photographer team for social media purposes.
Prizes and Judging
* Voting data will not be available to entrants or other parties.

Prize Conditions
We reserve the right to withdraw a prize if there are no eligible entrants to receive that prize.
By entering and accepting a prize, you agree to participate in marketing activities in relation to the prize, including being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for marketing and publicity purposes in any media without compensation.
A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
General
We reserve the right at any time to request entrants to provide proof of valid entry and to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any improper conduct or conduct that may jeopardise the competition.
We will not be held liable for any entries not received for any reason during the promotion period.
We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen or damaged in any way after it leaves our possession.
We are not responsible for any variation in the value of a prize.
If for any reason we are not able to conduct the awards as planned, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including indirect and consequential loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the awards. You will indemnify us and our officers, employees or agents against any loss or liability from any claim or action that arises as a result of a breach of these terms by you, or your use of the materials or information supplied by you under these terms.
We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning.
